Accelerated Drain Services carry out CCTV Drain Surveys in every kind of property including domestic homes. Over the years we have been asked to carry out inspections on drainage systems on behalf of building surveyors and new home buyers alike, why ? one of the most expensive repair jobs you may ever need to carry out in your home is on the drainage system, why ? in most cases the drains will require excavation and replacement, a very expensive job if they can't be lined.
This is why we have introduced our new service " the Home Buyers Drainage Report ". This service includes jetting of the drains to remove silt, debris and grease and to ensure they are clean before a full CCTV drain survey is carried out.
The camera will identify any cracks, displaced joints, roots or collapse within the pipework. If we do identify a problem we can quickly advise the best and most cost effective solution, this may require excavation or lining the pipework which is the best option in most cases.
The cost of excavation is enormous. This technique reduces and, under most conditions, dispenses with the need to excavate. The cost to 'line' is a very attractive alternative. We provide fixed costs so all parties know their budgets prior to work commencing.
